By accessing or using Formidably, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Formidably for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. You must not upload or transmit harmful content, including malware, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Formidably. By posting content, you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform.
5. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases made through Formidably are processed by Stripe. Refund policies are determined by the site owner. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Limitation of Liability
Formidably is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
